DEEWR Scholarships deadline extended

DEEWR has extended their deadline for the applications for the scholarships for Career Advisers. The new deadline is the 14th of August 2009. The flyer below has the new date.

Website Update

CEAV WebmasterThis is a quick update to alert people to some noteworthy changes to the website.

First off, we have finally finished inputting all our members into the website. If you are a member of the CEAV you will have received a username and password. You can use this to log into the website and access the members-only sections of the website.

The New Youth Allowance Estimator has been Released

DEEWR announces the release of their new online estimator. This tool will allow prospective university students to calculate how much study allowance they will receive and ultimately whether or not they can afford to go to university.

What will be of more importance is the changes in Youth Allowance. The CEAV encourages all members to read this media release carefully as it will be an important component of your year 12 counselling.
