The Career Education Association of Victoria (CEAV) will be offering two Career Practitioner’s Training Programs for newly appointed Career Practitioners / MIPs / VET Coordinators in 2010. The program has been designed to cater for new practitioners in the field of career development for young people who may be taking up the role at the beginning of the year or half way through the year.
This is a quick update to alert people to some noteworthy changes to the website.
First off, we have finally finished inputting all our members into the website. If you are a member of the CEAV you will have received a username and password. You can use this to log into the website and access the members-only sections of the website.
Over the long weekend usernames and passwords were sent to all registered members of the CEAV via registered emails. You can use these to log into the website and access the members-only features of the site.

Over the past few months we have been working on a new website for the CEAV, and this is it! Information from the old website has been consolidated and updated.
The site has also undergone some major structural changes, this is to help our members and visitors to find the information they need as well as to help us maintain the site.

DEEWR has recently announced the names of Victorian recipients for the Career Development Study and Industry Grants. The Study grants provide $5,000 towards professional qualifications in career development and the Industry grants provide $10,000 for career practitioners to up skill their knowledge of industry and the training sectors.
