Ministerial Orders and Arrangement Forms
In 2008, Ministerial Orders 55 and 56 replaced 23,24 and 25 for Structured Workplace Learning and Work Experience. Arrangement Forms and employer guidelines have been developed to accompany the orders.

safe@work 
Information and the compulsory OHS "safe@work" training modules are available from the website. safe@work. Work Experience and Structured Workplace Learning Manuals, each contains an excellent video-approx 25 mins. These were sent to schools in 2005.
Working with Animals
All schools received a Department memorandum S234-2006 1 August 2006 with guidelines for secondary school students undertaking work experience with animals. For further information on the guidelines, government schools should contact their Regional Later Years Consultant (DEECD website). Catholic and Independent schools should contact Gerard Torpy (tel: 03 9267 0253) and the AISV (tel: 03 9825 7211) respectively.

'A Job Well Done' curriculum package for students with disabilities and impairments, to deliver OHS education prior to a work experience placement. Copies of this resource kit available from the CEAV.
The "A Job Well Done" video and CD package is a starting point for preparing students with disabilities or impairments. It covers:
- Visiting the workplace
- Getting Ready
- Getting There
- Look and sound friendly
- One Key Person
- Know the Rules
and, as with Safe@work, there is an Award of Attainment for students to receive, at the end of the program.
