Ministerial Orders and Arrangement FormsIn 2008, Ministerial Orders 55 and 56 replaced 23,24 and 25 for Structured Workplace Learning and Work Experience. Arrangement Forms and employer guidelines have been developed to accompany the orders.

Information and the compulsory OHS "safe@work" training modules are available from the website. safe@work. Work Experience and Structured Workplace Learning Manuals, each contains an excellent video-approx 25 mins. These were sent to schools in 2005.
Working with AnimalsAll schools received a Department memorandum S234-2006 1 August 2006 with guidelines for secondary school students undertaking work experience with animals. For further information on the guidelines, government schools should contact their Regional Later Years Consultant (DEECD website).
