9.30am (Registration) - 2:30pm
Location: Gippsland Ports Boatyard, LAKES ENTRANCE

 

What happens on the day?

  • Following a short briefing, students and teachers will be separated into groups and assigned a CEAV representative.
  • Each group led by their CEAV staff member will be escorted to their activities.
  • Students and teachers will regroup following lunch and participate in another set of activities.
  • Students and teachers will regroup around 2:30pm to return to school.

Schedule & Activities

Students will receive:

  • A light morning snack
  • An Industry Immersion pack including a student workbook with activities linked to the Victorian curriculum.

 Teachers will receive:

  • A light morning snack
  • An Industry Immersion pack including a teaching resource workbook with lesson plans linked to the Victorian curriculum.
  • Funded transport to and from the Industry Immersion Experience venue
  • CRT for all teachers attending the excursion.

 

**Details regarding reimbursement arrangements for travel and CRT costs will be forwarded once registration has been completed.

Buses

The CEAV will fund the transport by bus of students to and from industry venues. Schools are asked to book their own buses and have the invoice made out to: CEAV Buidling A, 61 Civic Drive, Greensborough VIC 3088 Ph: 03 9433 8000 E: rmartins@ceav.vic.edu.au.
